Claims

 Any claim must be made in written form and be accompanied by sample of the damaged flooring

and photos and also the original sales receipt. The sales must be lodged within 30 days of the defect in

question have become apparent. Eco Tree/Dynamics Laminate Flooring reserves the right to inspect

the defect, or to have it inspected by its authorized agents, before recognizing and claim.
